Because of its advanced esterification plant, SICIT has the capacity to refine fat and supply it directly to large energy companies. In turn, these companies use the refined fat as a raw material for the production of biodiesel. However, the product's potential by no means stops here. There are in fact companies with power generation engines that directly use this fat to generate electricity or heat.

With its less intensive processing and more acidic nature, industrial fat is another SICIT proposal. After its initial processing, this product is sold to large companies specialising in handling waste such as palm oil and animal carcasses. Rendering companies process it further or create specific mixtures, making the fat ready for distribution to end users.
