SICIT aims to create new solutions that meet customers' needs, enhancing raw materials and continuously improving existing products in terms of both added value and quality.
This is achieved through exploring new formulations, selecting innovative raw materials, and constant sampling and validation activities. Proactive production support and regulatory compliance are cornerstones of this process, which are carried out in synergy with the Group's laboratories, where chemical, physico-chemical and microbiological tests are performed.
Where process innovation is concerned, SICIT does not stop at simple production but goes further, with system optimisation. Research expands from the laboratory to testing with pilot systems, with the aim of enhancing production efficiency and introducing innovative methods that lead to new business opportunities. Close cooperation with the technical department allows innovative ideas to be turned into functional executive projects.
The integration between different departments, such as "Operations", "Purchasing", and "Sales", ensures the efficient industrialisation of new processes, guaranteeing that changes maintain the integrity of the characteristics required by customers. Furthermore, collaboration with the "Environment" function is key to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, minimising non-conformity risks.
